Liz Fetherston won top speaker at the NPTE this year. This is the single greatest speaker award in the nation. The NPDA/NPTE community is the largest debate association in the US, and Fetherston topped the group. Well over 100 of the nations top speakers were in attendance, however, none of them could quite talk like the duck.
